Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with service providers, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff if needed.Task and Duties:Communication and management, incl. coaching, of facility resources and tools;Manage and operate facility systems;Serving as key-point of contact for Facility questions;Daily / Weekly huddle with Facility team;Monthly 1-on-1’s with Facility team;Annual mid & end year reviews with Facility team;Set annual improvement objectives for Facility team;Attend and participate actively in the monthly Service Management meeting;Manage implementation and maintain of all applicable local compliance, laws and regulations;Perform Risk Assessments of all facilities in order to identify hazards and mitigate risk to employee and visitors;Participate in the set-up, development and testing of the Business Continuity Plan (for technical installations);Participation of execution of District Tactical Business Plan;Develop, maintain and continuously manage Facility Business Plan, Service Provider and/or maintenance contract (incl.
