We are fielding the next generation of autonomous systems to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands of maritime operations. Anduril has brought to market a unique, ultra-long-range, full-ocean-depth underwater vessel platform and a completely refreshed maritime vehicle and flexible manufacturing architecture that scales from "small" to "extra-large" vehicle sizes. Today, Anduril is executing on billion-dollar contracts while simultaneously performing Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) AUV operations.We are seeking to sustain our early successes with deep investment in an expanded product portfolio. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Division Operations Lead to join our rapidly growing Maritime Division Operations team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will specifically be responsible for supporting our cross-divisional Chief Engineering office. The Maritime Division Operations team is a small but mighty team of talented business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible. We’re looking for someone to help us build out the business infrastructure required to grow this into Anduril’s largest division over the next few years.
