Beyond raising awareness, our Marketing teams build lasting, trusted relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders to ensure patients can receive the treatments they need. The role exists to convert clinical awareness into referrals and procedures, closing gaps across the patient access, referral, and awareness pathway. The position is accountable for measurable therapy growth and requires close coordination with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales, as well as both strategic ownership and cross-functional influence.How you’ll make an impact: Participate in setting the therapy development strategy for EEMEA THV and hold accountability for its outcomes.Participate in translating market and clinical insights into actionable strategies.Define and quantify the impact of referrals on procedure growth.Manage the Therapy Development budget and ensure spend delivers return on investment.Build annual referral plans across Israel, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and South Africa.Design and drive activation initiatives for patients, general cardiologists, and referring physicians.Lead cross-functional alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales to ensure a coordinated therapy development approach.Ensure therapy development activities are designed to enable and support field execution.Be accountable for approvals and for embedding best practices across markets.Build strategic patient advocacy partnerships at a regional level.Represent Therapy Development at external forums and exercise strategic influence with key stakeholders.Convert awareness into referrals and procedures.What you’ll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree + 5 years work experienceMaster's Degree or equivalent + 3 years related experienceExperience working in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industryWhat else we look for (Preferred):Track record in therapy development, market development, or commercial strategy.Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority.Analytical rigor, comfortable owning KPIs and turning data into strategy.Regional/multi-market experience across EEMEA.Proven expertise in MS Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including consultative and relationship management skills.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills.Substantial understanding of tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, and competitive dynamics.Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.Expertise and ability to coach others in one or more functional areas.Ability to forecast product lines for short- and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends,...
