As an EHS Coordinator at Vestcom (an Avery Dennison company), you will play a key role in driving environmental compliance, occupational health, and safety programs across our U.S. manufacturing facilities. Working autonomously with limited supervision, you will conduct hazard assessments, lead root-cause incident investigations, and foster a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement. This position offers direct career advancement across both Vestcom and the global Avery Dennison enterprise.Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pmKey ResponsibilitiesSafety Culture & Compliance: Implement EHS systems, conduct facility audits, and ensure daily adherence to OSHA, EPA, and internal EHS standards.Hazard Assessment & Incident Prevention: Facilitate risk assessments, self-inspections, and root-cause analyses to address deficiencies and track corrective actions.Training & Advisory: Develop and deliver engaging site training while serving as a trusted EHS advisor to facility leadership and staff.Metrics & Reporting: Monitor leading and lagging performance indicators, track EHS metrics, and notify leadership or regulatory agencies of incidents as required.Continuous Improvement: Stay current on regulatory laws and partner with multi-site teams to support corporate EHS and sustainability initiatives.
