We're looking for an EHS Specialist to serve as the on-site safety leader for our Racine manufacturing facility, partnering directly with employees, supervisors, and leadership to build a stronger safety culture and create a safer workplace every day.This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of meaningful safety initiatives, influence change across multiple manufacturing processes, and help shape the future of EHS at one of our key facilities. From leading Job Safety Analyses and improving lockout/tagout programs to coaching teams and driving continuous improvement, your work will have a visible and lasting impact.If you're someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, building relationships, and making a real difference, we'd love to talk with you.Key Responsibilities•            Implement, administer, and continuously improve Badger Meter’s EHS policies, processes, and programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.•            Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections, ensuring operational controls are in place and corrective actions are completed promptly.•            Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on safe work practices, hazard identification, and risk mitigation.•            Support the development and maintenance of programs such as fire prevention, emergency response, ergonomic assessments, evacuation planning, and weather‑related procedures.•            Develop and report monthly EHS met...
