Safety is foundational to our work, and you’ll help lead initiatives that protect people, assets, and the environment.With strong support and clear core values, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructureDrive the integration of advanced technologies (automation, real-time monitoring, energy storage) to improve system efficiency and reliabilityImplement safety-focused solutions including arc flash mitigation, fault detection, and risk-reduction strategiesProvide technical expertise in electrical design, system layouts, and schematics for both new construction and system upgradesManage engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and business objectivesEnsure compliance with applicable electrical, environmental, and regulatory standards (NEC, NEMA, IEEE, API, etc.)Collaborate with operations, project management, and external partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutionsMentor and support development of junior engineers (Senior/Staff levels) and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvementEducation and Experience: Staff:Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university and (15) fifteen years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industryPreferred: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited college or universityPreferred: PE LicenseSenior:Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university and eight (8) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industryPreferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineeringPreferred: PE LicenseIII:Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university from an ABET accredited college or university and four (4) y...
