This diversification in activities and geography pays off by reducing our risk exposure Why This Role MattersTo supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and installation activities within the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring safe execution of work, high equipment availability, and compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.What You’ll DriveSupervise and allocate daily electrical maintenance tasks to technicians, ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently.Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for motors, pumps, MCCs, substations, lighting systems, and control panels.Open, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS, allocating technicians and confirming job completion in accordance with site proceduresTroubleshoot electrical faults independently and provide technical guidance to technicians during complex maintenance activities.Ensure proper execution of testing activities, including insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, and functional testing of electrical equipment.Coordinate with operations, instrumentation, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth plant operation and minimal downtime.Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO, PTW systems, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.Monitor workmanship quality and ensure maintenance activities comply with OEM recommendations and site standards.Maintain accurate maintenance records, job reports, and material usage, and report recurring issues to the Electrical Engineer.Support installation, commissioning, and handover of new electrical equipment and system modifications.Assist in identifying spare parts requirements and support inventory control activities.Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to technicians to improve skills and performance.
