Somos profesionales en mantenimiento industrial y hacemos que las fábricas funcionen mejor.Principal Duties/Responsibilities: · Performs assembly of products, circuit boards, cables, and/or starters from work orders, sample assemblies, verbal instruction or blueprints. · Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other. · Performs assembly for special customer orders. · Assembles and attaches hardware to assemblies. · Mounts assembled components. · Assembles modules and other items as needed for repairs. · Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified characteristics. · Finishes all modules involving packaging, labeling, coating, etc., as necessary. · Tests assembled equipment to locate defects, using functional test instruments. · May perform assembly operations under microscope or other magnifying device. · Dismantles equipment and replaces worn or defective parts to repair malfunctioning equipment. · Assists Level I Assemblers with more complicated assemblies. · May be required to operate powered industrial vehicle. · Continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes. Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses The Core Values in work environment. Adheres to company/customer safety procedures.   Essential KSAs: · High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Must possess a basic understanding of theory of electronics and electronic parts; must have ability to read prints; must have experience or training in soldering. · Ability to: read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization; add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; perform these operations using units weight measurement, volume, and distance; apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.   Desirable KSAs: · Team player · Organized · Self-motivated and able to prioritize   Competencies: · Safety · Communications · Customer Focus   Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in co...
