Travel: Up to 5%Job ID: 1755 The Role This role is responsible for the assembly, inspection, certification, rework, and acceptance of electronic flight hardware. The technician is a key quality gate for all incoming PCBAs and supports production through IPC-compliant workmanship, staking, conformal coating, harness fabrication, and repair activities. Responsibilities Perform incoming visual inspection of all PCBAs using IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria. Assemble, inspect, and verify electronic flight hardware and cable/harness assemblies. Perform staking, conformal coating, and final workmanship verification. Execute SMT and through-hole rework and repair in accordance with IPC-7711/7721.
