As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping navigate complex workplace matters with sound judgment, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence business outcomes, strengthen leader effectiveness, resolve conflict, and support a workplace culture where employees can do their best work. This is a highly collaborative and visible role for someone who brings strong critical thinking, communication, mediation, and influencing skills—and who is energized by partnering across all levels of the organization to deliver thoughtful, consistent, and meaningful outcomes. What You Will Do: Counsel leaders and employees within assigned divisions on employee relations matters (e.g., performance and conduct) and ensure alignment with policies and practices Leverage insights to influence all levels of the organization and effectively manage complex, high-impact employee situations Lead timely and fair workplace investigations across all organizational levels, identify root cause(s), and provide recommendations for resolution Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Organizational Development to identify leadership and business unit gaps, trends and challenges. Develop targeted strategies to strengthen leader effectiveness and team health Maintain accurate employee relations case data in centralized systems; analyze metrics and trends to inform decision-making Design and improve Employee Experience programs, policies, and practices to support positive employee relations Facilitate and mediate escalated matters using effective conflict resolution techniques Maintain knowledge of, interpret and ap...
