Our experience includes significant matters under the Fair Work Act, breach of contract claims, and urgent applications such as freezing and Anton Piller orders in cases involving employee fraud, serious misconduct and breaches of post-employment restraints.To see our Employment team’s awards and recognitions, click here About the roleWe are looking for an Employment lawyer to join our Sydney or Melbourne office. You will work closely with partners Dianne Banks and Tom Brett and advise on a broad range of matters, including:Employment litigation across the Fair Work Commission, tribunals and courtsWorkplace investigations and whistleblower mattersEmployment aspects of mergers and acquisitionsEmployment contracts, policies and industrial relations mattersWorkplace change, performance management and termination mattersWorkplace health and safety investigations and prosecutionsAbout youYou enjoy working on a mix of complex employment matters and have experience managing both advisory and litigation work across a range of issues.You will bring:Three or more years’ post-qualification experience in employment or workplace law, including advisory and litigation experienceAbility to write clear and effective adviceProblem-solving skills and the ability to make well-reasoned decisionsThe ability to build effective client relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamWhat we offerA supportive and flexible work environment, including hybrid working optionsWe offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including 2...
