For more information, visit WPP.com. Why we're hiring: The Enablement Lead (EMEA) accelerates adoption of WPP Enterprise Technology products in market. The role translates global product strategy into regional rollout plans, orchestrates stakeholder readiness, and measures value realization (adoption %, time-to-value, enablement NPS), ensuring that enterprise platforms deliver outcomes for agencies and markets in the region. What you'll be doing: Strategy & Demand Shape and qualify market demand; align initiatives with domain roadmaps and architecture. Translate global product strategies into regional execution plans and benefit hypotheses. Feed demand into governance forums (e.g., PRB/TSB) with clear business cases and readiness criteria. Rollout & Governance Design localized rollout plans with dependencies, risks, controls and cutover steps. Run governance cadences (weekly status, risk/issue logs, QBRs) and maintain Wrike dashboards. Ensure compliance with local regulations, info-security and change standards. Stakeholders & Communications Act as the primary interface between product teams and markets; orchestrate two-way feedback. Prepare townhall decks, leadership briefings and market comms; support hiring/enablement needs. Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive decisions. Measurement & Improvement Define and track KPIs for adoption and time-to-value; publish enablement scorecards. Run launch retrospectives; update playbooks and prerequisites based on insights. Contribute to portfolio-level reporting on value, efficiency and cost avoidance. What you'll need: Must-have 7–10 years in enterprise technology enablement, program management, or regional rollout leadership within matrixed organisations. Proven stakeholder engagement at senior levels; ability to influence without authority. Experience leading multi-market product rollouts with clear governance and benefit tracking. Data-driven approach to enablement design and measurement (dashboards, adoption analytics). Fluent English (written & verbal).
