What you’ll do

- Lead our new Prepaid Cards team. Prepaid cards are one of Tremendous's largest catalog categories, already processing millions of cards a year. We're expanding into new card types and new countries, and need an EM to build and lead the team as we do so.

- Grow your engineers' careers through 1:1s, thoughtful feedback, and coaching.

- Own technical quality — through code reviews, architecture decisions, and setting standards your team is proud of.
