The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the resort's facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.As the Facilities Maintenance Technician 3 you will:Perform and lead engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, repairs, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management.Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and proper operation of MEP systems following resort guidelines.Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of HVAC and mechanical components.Diagnose plumbing fixtures, handle clogs, and conduct repairs and equipment replacements.Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components, such as breakers and contactors.Repair and troubleshoot appliances and household fixtures.Install, repair, and replace tiles, grout, vinyl, and carpet as needed.Lead small construction projects, including drywall, carpentry, concrete, and flooring.Work with pools, spas, and water features, including chemical balancing and maintenance of all MEP equipment.Participate actively in procurement and inventory processes to ensure materials and tools are available for work.Proficient in operating resort operations software and devices (HotSOS and other applicable systems).Read and interpret technical data, blueprints, and OEM manuals.Communicate professionally via radios, phones, emails, and verbal interactions.Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as required by resort management.Safely use hand tools, power tools, and battery-powered tools needed for the job.Work using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and appropriate PPE (Personal Protective E...
