Through disclosure support, research and analysis, ESG data management, and client deliverables, you will help organizations advance their sustainability agendas and meet evolving reporting requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sustainability disclosure activities, including annual securities reports, integrated reports, and sustainability reportsConduct research and analysis on sustainability disclosure frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, and other emerging standardsCollect, organize, and analyze ESG-related dataAssist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, proposals, and sustainability-related deliverablesSupport Project Managers and Senior Consultants in the delivery of sustainability and ESG engagementsContribute to broader sustainability consulting projects, including disclosure, strategy, and performance improvement initiativesRequirementsMust HaveBachelor's degree or above1 to 3 years of relevant professional experienceBusiness-level English proficiencyAdvanced communication skills in JapaneseExperience in one or more of the following areas:Sustainability or ESG disclosure and reportingPreparation of integrated reports, annual securities reports, sustainability reports, or related disclosuresInvestor Relations (IR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), or corporate sustainability functionsPreferredExperience in Climate Change and Corporate Sustaina...
