The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Overview: Provides comprehensive executive support to the EVP/Chief Commercial Officer by coordinating a broad range of administrative, operational, and strategic activities. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, executive communications, presentation development, event and program logistics, and serving as a key liaison between the executive, internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Where you come in: Manage all aspects of the EVP/Chief Commercial Officer's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities, resolving conflicts, and preparing agendas and supporting materials. Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through. Represent the executive by welcoming visitors, managing meeting requests, responding to inquiries, and coordinating interactions with senior leaders, customers, and business partners. Develop, format, and maintain executive-level presentations, PowerPoint decks, organizational communications, reports, and other business materials for leadership meetings, board presentations, town halls, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives.
