We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Executive Assistant to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment.  The position focuses on ensuring well‑structured coordination, clear communication, and the smooth execution of executive priorities. Job Details Act as the primary executive assistant to the CEO and the COO, managing their daily agenda and acting as a trusted organizational partner, Plan, coordinate, and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements in a highly dynamic environment, Organize and prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documentation in a timely and structured manner, Record and maintain meeting minutes, decisions, and official documentation in line with corporate governance standards, Track and follow up on action items and key decisions, Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements, including planning, logistics, and itinerary management, Ensure proper document management, archiving, and confidentiality of all processed information, Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity, Proactively anticipate needs, follow up on action items, and support effective decision-making.
