The Executive Assistant must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. The Executive Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercises exceptional judgment, integrity, professionalism, and organizational effectiveness, and can manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role requires superior organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, trustees, donors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high- visibility role, enjoy working across functions, and take pride in enabling leadership success.Essential Duties:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO/SVP-FAManage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling, prioritization of commitments, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and related logisticsDraft, review, and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other executive communicationsMonitor and coordinate the flow of information, ensuring timely responses and follow-through on priorities and commitmentsCoordinate and support strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional efforts on behalf of the CFO/SVP-FTrack projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion and effective executionConduct research, compile information, and prepare materials to support decision- making and executive planningSupport office operations through records management, purchasing activities, budget tracking, and administrative processesServe as a primary point of contact for the Office of the CFO/SVP-FAFoster effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, vendors, community partners, and other stakeholdersCoordinate co...
