Meow Wolf's hourly rate scales set the expected pay for this position as determined by position grade. Off-scale rates may be offered when necessary to meet competitive conditions.Job SummaryThe Exhibition Technology Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the technical systems that support Meow Wolf’s immersive exhibition experience. This role supports the lighting, audio, video, show control, networking, interactive, and low-voltage systems that bring the exhibition to life. This position is focused primarily on daily exhibition operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, event support, and technical improvements that help keep the exhibition safe, functional, reliable, and creatively aligned with the guest experience.The ideal candidate is a curious and resourceful technical problem-solver with experience in themed entertainment, immersive attractions, creative technology, theater/live entertainment, AV systems, high-end escape rooms, museums, or other guest-facing technical environments.
