Expense and Invoice Systems Administrator
Job Summary & ObjectivesThe Expense and Invoice Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, managing, analyzing, developing and providing end-user support for the Emburse Enterprise (fka Chrome River), the firm’s electronic expense and invoice reporting system. This role also acts as the liaison between the Finance Managers and Emburse Enterprise consultants for the administration, development and troubleshooting of the system.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, test, and maintain the electronic expense and invoice reporting system, including user setup and workflow rulesInteract with decision makers and end users to define business and operations requirements and system goalsCollaborate in the planning, design, development, testing and deployment of enhancements to the systemOversee and modify the expense and invoice routing rules, as neededCreate, develop and deploy reports from Emburse Analytics, the system reporting application, as neededAnalyze requirements and recommend changes to current processesProvide orientation and training to end users Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration and routing rulesProvide business operations support for both internal customersTroubleshoot and resolve data issues and system outages in a timely mannerPerform other duties as assignedEducation RequiredBachelor’s degree requiredPreferredDegree in Business Administration, Accounting or Management Information Systems preferredSkills and ExperienceRequired4 to 6 years of Emburse Enterprise (Chrome River) administration experienceAbility to effectively present information verbally and in writing, in both technical and lay termsAbility to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutationsProficiency in MS Word and ExcelExperience with financial accounting systems (Elite 3E)Strong attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCan organize, prioritize, plan and multi-task work activities, with the ability to effectively meet deadlines in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work remotely if neededPreferredLaw firm experience preferredSalary InformationNY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000 at the time of posting.The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
