DescriptionDetermination of the export classification of hardware, software and technology under relevant export control regulations (U.S.: ITAR, EAR and Canadian including Controlled Goods Regulations)Assist in the implementation and administration of export compliance procedures and processesManage projects and their related export activities, define export control requirements, and ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian export control and sanctions regulationsPrepare and submit export permit applications, licenses to the appropriate government authorities, and manage the associated recordkeepingCoordinate special projects and work closely with program managers, customers and suppliers to ensure compliance with export controls and sanctionsCommunicate and assist in the development of all materials provided to CAE’s Export Control Officers worldwide regarding updates to export control regulations and procedures/processesReview and validate Know Your Customer (KYC) forms and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracyPerform denied party screening and support the associated reportingBuild strong partnerships with Business Lines and work collaboratively across functional teamsAssist in the implementation of export control rules within the IT frameworkConduct internal audits to ensure continued compliance Minimum QualificationsCollege degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in a related fieldExperienced in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, TEAMS, Power BI)Working knowledge of US and Canadian export control and sanctions laws and regulations, including the Canadian Export and Imports...
