The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.Position Summary:The Export Coordinator prepares, reviews, and provides export documentation for PRUSA global customers, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and tailored to country-specific regulatory requirements. This role supports international customer needs by coordinating timely documentation, resolving questions, and partnering cross-functionally to help ensure smooth and compliant export shipments.What you will do:Prepare, validate, and provide export documentation to customers in a timely manner.Review customer and country-specific documentation requirements and ensure export documents align with applicable standards.Partner cross-functionally with Export Market Supply, Logistics, Shipping, Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders to support timely, accurate, and compliant export processes.Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries related to export documentation and shipment support.Maintain export documentation records to support audit readiness.Identify documentation gaps, process concerns, or recurring issues and escalate appropriately to support timely resolution.Support continuous improvement efforts related to export documentation accuracy, workflow efficiency, and customer service.What you bring:Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work accurately with shipment and...
