Cleans and inspects boilers and treats water with proper chemicals.• Assists with unscheduled repairs/troubleshooting of building and laboratory equipment.• Maintains grounds in clean and orderly manner including, but not limited to mowing trimming, weeding, planting etc.• Assist in all phases of project work involving moving, remodeling and equipment installation.• Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.• May need to respond to emergency calls after scheduled working hours, weekends, and holidays.• May pick up parts and supplies at local vendors.• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Technical Competencies:•    High school diploma or GED required.•    At least 3 years related maintenance experience required.•    Required On-Call Rotation Including Weekends required; Daily Schedule within Business Operations (6:00am to 6:00pm)•    Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or trade training preferred.Working Conditions:•    While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly exposed to a variety of livestock, domestic and laboratory animals, and is frequently exp...
