We are responsible for the end-to-end execution of new facility launches, from planning and coordination through production handoff. Our team ensures that new manufacturing capabilities come online smoothly, on time, and ready to support mission-critical production programs. ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Launch Execution Manager to own the day-to-day execution of factory launch playbooks across multiple production programs. This role is critical to scaling our operations and ensuring seamless coordination between construction, production, and cross-functional partners. You will be the primary interface with production program teams, driving tactical execution while escalating blockers and maintaining visibility into launch progress. The ideal candidate has strong program management experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on Anduril's ability to deliver defense capabilities at scale. A successful candidate will be expected to work out of Columbus, OH. Based on eligibility, relocation assistance may be available. Travel may eventually be required but will be minimal to start. WHAT YOU'LL DO Execute and maintain launch playbooks for assigned production programs, ensuring all activities are tracked, completed on schedule, and aligned with overall launch timelines. Partner directly with production program teams to understand requirements, coordinate launch activities, and ensure smooth handoffs from construction to production operations. Coordinate handoffs between construction and production teams, ensuring facilities, equipment, and systems are ready for operational use and meet production readiness requirements. Track playbook completion, identify and escalate blockers, and drive resolution of issues that could impact launch timelines or production readiness. Lead tactical standup meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams involved in the launch.
