Federal Civilian Agencies Associate Director
Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 25%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Lead and contribute to large-scale Federal managed services and consulting engagements supporting workforces of 25 to 200+ personnel.Drive service delivery excellence, operational performance, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services, and organizational transformation efforts across Federal Civilian Agencies, including USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC.Oversee and improve complex service operations that may include managed services, customer/contact centers, loan servicing, financial management operations, and enterprise PMO functions.Partner with clients to implement scalable operating models, performance management frameworks, automation, and service optimization strategies.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY preferred.Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
