Job Title:Field Marketing Engineer - Agriculture BrazilSummary:The Field Marketing Engineer – Agriculture is responsible for driving market growth and customer adoption of our agricultural portfolio in Brazil. This role supports demand generation through customer visits, field and laboratory demonstrations, technical training, presentations, and participation in industry events. The position partners closely with Sales to provide technical support, address customer concerns, strengthen product positioning, and support promotional activities. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and possess a strong technical foundation, customer focus, and passion for developing market opportunities in the agriculture industry.Responsibilities Include:Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio.Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations (field and laboratory), training sessions, presentations (in-person and virtual), and participation in industry fairs and events..Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications.Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors.Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs).Execute new product introduction plan (NPIs).Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks.Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications.Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition.Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players.Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities.Qualifications:The following are required for the roleBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.5 years of experienceIntermediate level in EnglishIntermediate level in SpanishThe following are preferred for the role:Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics;Knowledge of application technology;Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations;Experience with adjuvants.What We Offer:At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
