We endeavor to build mission-valuable products in command and control, autonomy, and AI-enabled mission systems. We partner directly with frontline users to deliver mission-ready capabilities that work in real-world environments where speed, trust, reliability, and operational resilience matter most. Field Knowledge Management: Own the field knowledge base. Maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and AARs. Ensure lessons learned are captured and reusable. Field Communications: Own communication rhythms. Translate product updates into field-relevant guidance, coordinate daily SITREPs, and provide operational updates to leadership. Field Enablement: Own the Field Engineering readiness model. Build onboarding pathways, define readiness requirements, and run enablement sessions and assessments to ensure FEs are prepared for mission types and hardware loadouts.   Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience in Field Operations, Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or Systems Engineer...
