You will work independently in the field, mostly in Southern Israel, visiting customers at their workplace and ensuring they are fully set up to use our financial services.You Will:Travel daily to meet customers at their workplace or agreed locations mostly across Southern IsraelGuide customers through the full onboarding processProvide clear and patient explanations to ensure customers understand and actively use our servicesWork independently while staying in close coordination with the back office and internal teamsRepresent Remitly's values and deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interactionYou Have:Excellent verbal communication skills in Uzbek - MandatoryGood level of English for internal communication - MandatoryValid driver's license - MandatoryFlexibility in working hours when neededStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage your day in the fieldExperience in field work or customer-facing roles - AdvantageHebrew or additional languages - AdvantageThe position includes a company car and additional benefits.Our Connected Work Culture: Driving Innovation, TogetherAt Remitly, we believe that true innovation sparks when we come together.
