Field Service Engineer - Colorado, Wyoming and Utah
At Sartorius, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers keep essential laboratory equipment operating at peak performance. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll serve as a trusted technical partner, delivering installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services while building long-term customer relationships throughout the territory. This is a field-based position covering Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. The ideal candidate will reside in Denver, CO or the surrounding areas.Territory: Colorado, Wyoming and UtahTerritory: Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.What you will accomplish together with us:Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatchesTie workflow to scheduleManage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasksDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsProduce timely and detailed service reportsDocument processesOperate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systemsFollow all company's filed procedures and protocolsCooperate with technical team and share information across the organizationComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsBuild positive relationships with customersWhat will convince usAssociate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification2+ years proven field service experience including experience with the calibration of balances and moisture analyzers Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipmentAbility to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedulesFamiliarity with mobile tools and applicationsIdentification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, EnjoymentBase salary range: $60,000–$90,000 (depending on experience, skill set, education, and location), plus bonus and car allowance.
