Who you are: We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Field Services Coordinator who will orchestrate installation projects across Europe, ensuring the deployment of Geotab solutions meets the highest technical and customer service standards. Based in Madrid, you’ll be the go-to person for scheduling and managing installations across Spain, the UK, and Italy — coordinating between customers, sales, and a network of installers to keep everything running smoothly. What you’ll do: As a Field Services Coordinator, your key area of responsibility will be managing end-to-end installation projects of varying scale and complexity, from single-vehicle deployments to large fleet rollouts. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing work orders received through Salesforce, awarding projects to internal or third-party installers, setting clear timelines, and holding all parties accountable to those commitments. You will act as the central point of contact between customers and installers — resolving issues, communicating installation requirements, and ensuring everything is delivered on time and in accordance with Geotab’s standards.
