Shift: 8am - 4pm  The Filling & Assembly Specialist I functions as a member of our Global Supply Chain team to support the discrete manufacturing of our products. Specifically, the Packaging team is responsible for filling and assembly of final products to ensure finished goods inventory is ready and available for customers. You'll have the opportunity to... Precision Manufacturing & Quality Control Execute the precision aliquoting and filling of antibody products using advanced liquid handling techniques, maintaining strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee product quality and integrity Set up, change over, and operate labeling, pumping, and automated packaging equipment to maintain high production throughput Inspect and assemble final product components using both manual and automated systems for order fulfillment, ensuring all output meets defined quality specifications. Packaging, Labeling, & Compliance  Perform vial labeling and package preparation, strictly following Quality Control (QC) guidelines to ensure all labeling and packaging meets regulatory and compliance requirements Maintain consistent compliance with all regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal SOPs throughout all phases of production. Maintain conformance with all relevant Quality Management System (QMS) policies Inventory & Operational Support  Manage and maintain accurate inventory records by performing timely and accurate data entry and updates within the system  Implement and maintain organized inventory systems for packaging supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to prevent production delays Commit to continuous skill development to effectively handle new product portfolios and technologies Perform other duties as assigned Cross-functional tasks and special projects as needed Who you are and what you bring to the team...
