You will support business leaders with reliable financial insights that drive informed decision-making and help optimize financial performance.You will work in a dynamic international environment where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, challenge constructively, and contribute to strategic planning across multiple functions.About the TeamYou'll be part of a global finance community supporting ING Belgium while being based in ING Hubs Philippines. The team partners closely with business leaders and department heads to provide financial transparency, improve cost management, and support sustainable business growth.Working across functions, you'll help ensure that financial information is meaningful, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for assigned business areas.Monitor and analyze cost performance, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.Maintain and improve cost allocation, cost charging, and cost modelling methodologies across a complex cross-functional environment.Partner with Department Heads and Business Managers by providing financial advice and business-focused recommendations.Translate complex financial information into clear management insights and reporting.Enhance dashboards, analytics, financial visualizations, and reporting processes to improve transparency and decision-making.Support cost optimization initiatives through data-driven analysis and performance monitoring.Contribute to strategic planning activities and continuous improvement initiatives within Finance.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or a master's degree is an advantage.7 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, finance advisory, management reporting, budgeting, f...
