Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to realizing their own potential to grow.About You Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Manager who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision making across Nutrafol's Amazon channel. As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze channel performance, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team. You must be a highly driven and focused individual that can work well with the Finance and cross-functional partners at all levels. You will be expected to problem solve, drive process improvements, and exercise sound business judgment. Responsibilities Support the team in the month-end close process for Amazon channel expenses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting revenue. Oversee the reconciliation of accrual and prepaid expense accounts, ensuring accurate recording and amortization of prepaid items. Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them. Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes. Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads. Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources. Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements. Use Tableau and Quickbooks/MS Dynamics to mine and analyze data in order to provide the leadership team with learnings and recommendations.
