The role demands a strategic professional who can provide critical insights into project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial risks while fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. This position is essential for supporting executive decision-making, managing complex financial processes, and delivering high-impact financial leadership across the organization. What do we want to know about you?Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis, including U.S. GAAP (IFRS knowledge a plus), and experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Epicor, Power BI).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparationsExperience with inventory, cost accounting, and WIP accounting.Energetic, curious, resourceful, highly creative and self-motivated.
