Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst (GFS)
About the RoleWe are looking for a Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst to join a strategic regional transformation initiative across LATAM.This position will play a critical role in the migration of finance operations and reporting processes to Oracle Global Finance Systems (GFS) across multiple Latin American countries. Acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Global Transformation teams, you will help ensure successful data migration, process alignment, issue resolution, and adoption of new finance technologies.This is a unique opportunity to participate in a multi-country transformation program impacting Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and Finance Operations across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.What You'll DoSupport the regional migration from legacy Finance systems to Oracle GFS across LATAM.Act as a liaison between Finance teams, IT, and global Oracle transformation stakeholders.Partner with business users to understand requirements and help translate them into system and process solutions.Analyze financial data and assist with large-scale data cleanup and validation activities prior to migration.Participate in testing, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root cause analysis throughout the transformation lifecycle.Support regional teams during process standardization and implementation activities.Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Reporting, and other Finance functions to ensure business continuity during the migration journey.Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, controls, and data quality across the region.What We're Looking ForRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience working in Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation environments.Exposure to ERP implementations, system migrations, process transformation projects, or finance technology initiatives.Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.Intermediate to advanced English skills with the ability to participate in meetings and collaborate with global teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Highly proactive mindset with the ability to investigate issues independently and drive solutions in ambiguous environments.PreferredExperience with Oracle, Oracle Financials, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.Previous participation in ERP migrations, finance transformation programs, or large-scale systems implementations.Experience handling large datasets and complex reconciliations.Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or other data analytics tools.Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.Helping People Thrive in a Connected WorldConnect with us.
