ABOUT THE TEAM
The Compliance Team supports Campus’s institutional integrity, regulatory adherence, accreditation readiness, and operational excellence. The team works across departments to interpret and apply evolving accreditation, state, federal, and institutional requirements, including requirements from ACCJC, BPPE, the U.S. Department of Education, state authorization agencies, and other oversight bodies.
The team supports regulatory filings, accreditation activities, policy alignment, audit readiness, consumer information and disclosure requirements, institutional documentation, and cross-functional compliance projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Aid Training & Development Specialist reports to the Director of Financial Aid Compliance with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Financial Aid Operations. This role serves as the connection between Compliance and Operations by developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that promote consistent application of federal regulations, institutional policies, system functionality, and Campus culture.
