What you'll do As Financial Analyst, Project Finance, you'll sit at the center of how Giga structures. finances, and manages infrastructure projects — from AI data center developments to powered land and OEM deployments. This isn't just a reporting role. You'll build the deal-level financial models that determine how we finance assets, what returns look like for investors and lenders, and how we structure capital across a growing portfolio of projects. If you want to work on real transactions at the intersection of energy infrastructure and AI, this is that role. Where you'll work We are an in-office culture — velocity matters when you're building physical infrastructure, and the best decisions happen in the room. This role is ideally based in our San Francisco or Houston offices, with full-time onsite expectations outside of bi-weekly WFH Fridays. That said, we will make exceptions for truly exceptional talent if you live outside one of our hubs. If you're the right person for this role, we'll have a conversation about what works. Responsibilities Build and own project-level financial models for Giga's infrastructure deployments including AI data center sites, powered land transactions, and OEM projects. Model debt and equity capital structures, cash flow waterfalls, IRR and return on investment analyses, and sensitivity scenarios for individual projects. Support project-level underwriting and investment committee presentations for new development opportunities. Maintain and update financial models and budgets as projects progress from development through construction, service, and operations. Analyze capital equipment BOMs for financial model inputs and integrity.
