If you enjoy ensuring the accuracy of financial results, strengthening controls, reviewing actuals, explaining key variances, and translating financial data into reliable management insight, we'd like to hear from you.Role SummaryAs a Financial Controller – CTO Domain, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting across assigned COO domains. You will be responsible for financial control, planning, forecasting, cost (receiving) management, and management reporting across. (P&L Focus – services sold) Charges including allocation (from another domain)You will work closely with Head of Finance, Business Controllers, Finance Business Partners and CTO stakeholders to review financial results, explain key movements, challenge inconsistencies, and provide clear, evidence-based commentary that supports reliable decision-making.About the TeamYou'll be part of a global finance community supporting CTO Domain while being based in ING Hubs Philippines. The team partners closely with business leaders and department heads to provide financial transparency, improve cost management, and support sustainable business growth.Working across functions, you will help ensure financial information is complete, accurate, well-controlled, and supported by clear analysis and commentary for management reporting and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesReview actuals and validate month-end close, planning, forecasts, and management reporting.Deliver clear, evidence-based commentary on performance, variances, risks, and opportunities.Challenge assumptions and provide actionable financial insights to Finance and CTO stakeholders.Own recurring and ad hoc financial control deliverables, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs.Identify and resolve financial risks, data inconsistencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.Support SOX reporting and analysis with accurate, timely, and audit-ready data and evidence.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CMA, CFA, or a master’s degree is an advantage.5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and analysis.Experience in complex, global matrix environments; exposure to technology, shared services, banking, or multinational organizations i...
