Nango http://nango.dev (YC W23) lets developers build product integrations with AI. It enables applications to connect to the real world through integrations.

More than 500 paying customers rely on Nango today, including Replit & Ramp. We are a YC-backed, mid-seven-figure ARR company with a team of 14 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other top-tier dev tools.

We are hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly with the two founders across all aspects of running and scaling the company. - Help define how Nango grows by researching markets, ICPs, competitors, customer needs, and emerging trends in AI and developer tools.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to turn strategy into execution and ensure our biggest priorities actually happen.

- Build AI-powered systems, automations, and internal tools that help Nango scale without adding unnecessary operational overhead.

- Lead company-wide initiatives such as offsites, ESOP administration, certifications, compliance projects, internal tooling, or other cross-functional programs.

- Own and continuously improve core business operations, including finance, legal, billing, vendor management, contracts, and other operational processes as the company grows.

- Act as an extension of the founders, working ...
