Position Overview The FP&A Manager is a high-impact, highly visible role within a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. You will be a critical contributor to Cobalt’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes — supporting a platform that is scaling rapidly through acquisition. This individual thrives in structured, team-oriented environments, brings a strong accounting foundation to their FP&A work, and is energized by the pace of a growth-oriented PE-backed platform. You will own your deliverables completely; you must be able to communicate with confidence, and bring a proactive, no-stone-left-unturned mindset to everything you produce.
