Our personalized approach ensures patient comprehension and will enhance proper treatment progression to secure the best outcome for our patients.  Functional Therapy Group Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator in Bellevue/Lakemont.Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned High school graduate or equivalentMust have 1+ years of previous medical front office experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skillsTeam player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service Full-time with benefits opportunity - 40 hours per weekExcellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time offFamily-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thriveThe anticipated base salary for this position is $21-25 per hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
