Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain microservices and distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. Deliver full-stack features end-to-end (React UI → Java services → data), including testing, release, and production support. Build reliable, scalable APIs and event-driven workflows; contribute to code reviews and shared engineering standards. Troubleshoot issues using logs/metrics/traces and drive root-cause fixes and incremental improvements. Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security, Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods Required Qualifications Strong Java backend skills (API design, concurrency basics, testing) plus solid React/TypeScript fundamentals (state management, performance, component design Messaging platforms like RMQ, Kafka , FX or Dervis Trade lifecycle domain functional knowledge Experience with distributed systems patterns: async messaging, retries/idempotency, schema/versioning, and safe rollouts.
