Job Description:

We’re looking for a (Human) Member of Technical Staff specializing in full-stack engineering. We’re seeking sharp engineers who value high-quality code, thrive in collaborative teams, and are excited by rapid innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and build frontend interfaces using Next JS

- Design and build backend APIs and services that power our AI agents and operations tooling using Python (FastAPI)

- Ship user-facing features end-to-end (from data model to API to UI)

- Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack

- Collaborate closely with design, ops, and risk/compliance to ship safe, compliant features

- Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design/review discussions

- Help evolve our engineering standards and product development process

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack engineering

- Experience with backend development (Python, Go)

- Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindset
