Full-Time Adult Outpatient Therapist Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA High Focus Centers is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health services throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Through our specialized programs, we provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking a Full-Time Adult Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Lansdale. This position provides individual and group therapy to adults receiving outpatient mental health services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Schedule & Work Arrangement Full-Time Monday–Friday Three daytime shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Hybrid schedule: Work from home up to 2 days per week Compensation $53,000–$56,000 annually, based on education and experience. Position Responsibilities Facilitate therapeutic groups for adults receiving outpatient mental health treatment. Provide individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and update treatment interventions as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other members of the treatment team. Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination. Perform additional clinical duties as needed to support program operations. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Completion of a clinical internship or practicum. Preferred: Experience providing outpatient therapy to adults with mental health concerns. Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting. Experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
