Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.As a full-time mental health provider for Spring Health, you will focus on delivering specializedsubstance use disorders interventions to Spring Health’s member network. What you’ll do:● Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with substance use disorders andco-occurring mental health conditions, using interventions such as MotivationalInterviewing (MI/MET), CBT for SUD, relapse prevention, and harm reduction strategies.● Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments, evaluating symptom severity,readiness for change, recovery supports, co-occurring mental health conditions, andsafety risks to inform individualized treatment planning.● Develop person-centered treatment plans using an ASAM-informed framework, includingrecommendations for appropriate levels of care and referrals when clinically indicated.● Support members across all stages of recovery—including those who are actively usingsubstances, ambivalent about change, or returning to use—through compassionate,recovery-oriented care.● Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including medicationmanagers, Specialty Care Navigators, and Peer Recovery Specialists to coordinatecomprehensive care.● Monitor member progress using measurement-based care and data-driven clinicaldecision making to adjust treatment plans and improve outcomes.● Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments, safetyplanning, and crisis intervention when appropriate.● Complete required internal training, assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Teammeetings● Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethicalstandards.● Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality clientcare.
