Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the business, including operations, sales, customer experience, financial results, and team development. This leader owns the day-to-day execution of the business while partnering with Guild Garage Group leadership to execute long-term growth initiatives. This position carries full responsibility for operational execution, employee engagement, profitability, and delivering industry-leading customer service. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead all daily business operations, including service, installation, warehouse, scheduling, customer service, and sales. Create a culture of accountability through consistent leadership, coaching, and performance management. Ensure operational excellence by implementing and maintaining standardized processes and best practices. Drive continuous improvement across all departments. Financial & Business Performance Own branch P&L performance and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve performance. Manage labor productivity, inventory, expenses, fleet utilization, and operational efficiency. Build and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional leaders and employees. Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and succession planning. Foster employee engagement and retain top talent through effective leadership. Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
