About the role The Director of Global Compensation is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and governance of compensation across Inizio. This role will shape a scalable, market-competitive compensation framework that supports a high-growth, international organisation. This is a strategic role with a strong execution focus. You will ensure compensation programmes are not only well-designed but effectively embedded through systems, processes, and governance and continuous evolution of compensation practices. Key Responsibilities Compensation Strategy & Design Own and evolve the global compensation strategy and pay philosophyDesign and maintain scalable pay structures aligned to business growthAct as the subject matter expert on compensation, advising senior stakeholders Executive Compensation & Governance Support the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks (salary, bonus, equity)Contribute to Remuneration Committee materials, providing clear, data-driven insightsMaintain working knowledge of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) Benchmarking & Market Insight Lead the organisation's benchmarking approach and market positioningInterpret market data to inform pay decisions and structure designManage relationships with external benchmarking providers Job Architecture & Structures Lead the development and governance of global job architectureOversee salary ranges, grading frameworks, and alignment with career pathways Systems & Optimisation Lead the optimisation of Workday advance compensation modules and related toolsDrive continuous improvement of compensation cycles and processesBalance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery where needed Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency and Pay equity reporting cross jurisdictionsIdentify and manage compensation-related risks, including pay equity Projects & Transformation Lead key initiatives such as pay transparency and compensation planning toolsSupport M&A activity and harmonisation of compensation practices Stakeholder Partnership Partner with HRLT, Finance, Legal, and business leadersWork closely with the Global Benefits Director to ensure a cohesive Total Rewards approachTranslate data into clear insights to support decision-making About you 10 years experience in global compensation strategy, design, and governanceExpertise in benchmarking, pay structures, and job architectureExperience supporting executive compensation and senior stakeholder forumsFamiliarity with regulatory environments, including EU Pay TransparencyExperience with compensation systems (e.g. Workday)Operate both strategically and hands-on at pace Package and Benefits: 20 days PTO + 10 personal/sick daysCompany bonus planGenerous retirement planComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Optical coverHSA (Health Savings Account) About iNIZIO At Inizio, we're a global team motivated by a shared purpose: to reimagin...
