Role Overview Putnam are seeking an experienced strategy consultant with existing life sciences experience and, where possible, deep domain expertise. Roles are practice-specific, hired directly into defined Putnam practices to build sustained capability and impact. The Global Consultant will be fully dedicated to the end-to-end project lifecycle, providing continuity and hands-on delivery support to accelerate adoption within Putnam teams. This role is critical to providing deep domain expertise within their practice, increasing value creation for clients and teams. What you'll be doing Work in teams to solve complex business problems for clients. Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations. Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and senior stakeholders. Support implementation of recommendations and work with client teams to achieve impact. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and geographies.
