About the role The Global ESS Sales Operations Manager / Associate Manager will act as a key business partner for Global ESS Sales Operations, supporting revenue forecast discipline and end-to-end operational governance across GCR, JP, KR, and SEA. This role is designed as a second owner for Global ESS Sales Ops. The role will co-manage two major pillars: Revenue Forecast and Operation. The person should be able to connect business context, Salesforce data, contract readiness, pricing governance, and cross-functional execution to improve revenue visibility and operational quality. Responsibilities 1. Revenue Forecast & Management Reporting Support weekly and monthly tracking of target attainment, backlog status, pipeline movement, renewal progress, and revenue realization. Review forecast assumptions, close dates, activation dates, deal stages, and pipeline hygiene to improve forecast accuracy. Prepare regional and global business updates, deal risk summaries, forecast variance analysis, and management reporting materials. Track renewal, upsell, downgrade, churn, and activation risks to support leadership decision-making. 2. Operation Governance & Deal Review Own first-level deal review for New, Upsell, Renewal, Downgrade, Churn, and special pricing cases. Review Salesforce opportunity data, including MRR, ACV, product scope, contract period, activation date, billing terms, discount rate, and approval status. Drive Salesforce data hygiene by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to clean, validate, and maintain CRM data, ensuring data accuracy and reliable reporting output. Validate pricing structure, discount level, margin status, approval path, and required supporting evidence. Identify low-margin deals, pricing exceptions, special terms, and contract risks; prepare escalation summaries for management review. Ensure operational consistency across regions while maintaining flexibility for region-specific commercial needs. 3. Contract Readiness & Cross-functional Coordination Ensure alignment among Salesforce data, approved commercial terms, service scope, report logic, and financial reporting before contract issuance. Coordinate with Sales, CSM, Legal, Finance, Product, Strategy, and MIS teams to resolve deal blockers and execution risks. Track pending approvals, missing information, contract review status, and operational blockers to support timely deal closure. 4.
