As a HRIS Specialist, reporting to the Head of HRIS, you will own the People Team's tooling ecosystem across 17 countries — with Workday at its core, and progressively extending to the full HR tool stack (ATS, expense management, and beyond).

Workday — your main playground

- Configure, test and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Help and Journeys — from gathering the business need with People stakeholders to deployment and adoption

- Own the release management cycle: assess each Workday release, test the impacts, and turn relevant new features into concrete improvements for the business

- Troubleshoot workflow and system issues, run root cause analysis, and remove recurring incidents through structural fixes rather than workarounds

The wider People tool stack

- Take ownership of HR tools currently managed outside the HRIS scope (ATS, expense management, and others): map the existing setup, understand how each team uses them, and bring them under a single, coherent governance

- Become the reference point for those tools: configuration, user support, vendor relationship, roadmap

- Challenge the stack itself — identify overlaps, gaps and tools that no longer earn their place, and build the case for what should be kept, replaced or cons...
